The calanque de la Vesse is the first inhabited calanque to the east of the Blue Coast. It is quite small and faces the open sea. The Blue Coast train passes on the viaduct just above it, and the rest of the calanque is quite built up, except for the cove beyond the islets. Mostly scuba divers and spearfihsers enjoy this calanque, because the parking lot is only a few meters close to the sea.
The path at the end of the parking lot reaches the calanque of Niolon’s coast in 5 minutes. On the other side, it is possible to reach the wild Figuerolles calanque by taking the path "chemin des douaniers", and then the coastal trail (marked in blue).
