It is the main island of the Riou archipelago. The highest point is at 190m. At the south, on the sea side, there are high limestone cliffs. At the north, there are cliffs and then the coast becomes lower, with a sand beach and a shingle beach.
We can see a lot of seagulls colonies, and some other species. There are also rabbits, making their hole under the rocks, rats, and sometimes falcons. The climate is dry. This island is amazing for sea diving. There are drops going down to 70m, covered with corals and sponges. There are also many caves and antique wrecks.
